A single exhibit booth is an 8' x 10' pipe and drape carpeted space that includes one skirted 8' table, two charis, trash can, and up to four additional people per space:
- One 8' skirted table
- 2 chairs
- 1 trash basket
The registration fees are per Booth.
$495 - (1) 8 X 10 ft space now through August 25, 2011
$950 - (2) 8 X 10 ft spaces now through August 25, 2011
$1350 - (3) 8 X 10 ft spaces now through August 25, 2011
$1700 - (4) 8 X 10 ft spaces now through August 25, 2011
Note:
The booth prices do not include electricity. Exhibitors will receive an application form from a local vendor prior to the convention to order your electrical needs.

All exhibits are in an open atrium. All items are the responsibility of the Exhibitor the entire time of the event.
Wednesday, September 7
9:00 am – 1:00 p.m. Exhibitor move-in (this space is not available earlier)
2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Exhibits open (event registration begins at 2 p.m.)
6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Exhibits closed during the General Session
9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Exhibits open
Thursday, September 8
7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Exhibits closed during the General Session
10: a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Exhibits open
6:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. Exhibits closed during the General Session
8:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Exhibits open
Friday, September 9
7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Exhibits closed during the General Session
10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Exhibits open
6:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. Exhibits closed during the General Session
8:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. non-commercial exhibits open (Commerical exhibits must close at sunet)
Sabbath, September 10
8:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (or when church ends) Exhibits closed
1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Exhibits open (commercial exhibits open at 7:30 p.m.)
10:00 p.m. – Midnight Exhibitor move out.
All exhibits must be dismantled and removed from the hotel space by midnight.

The exhibit registration fee does not include participation in the convention. Every exhibit staff member who wishes to attend the seminars and general sessions or eat meals provided at the convention must register for the convention separately. |
