This session is to help congregations develop more
biblical, effective, dynamic holistic ministries. The session
will lay the foundation for outreach mission by exploring the
meaning and biblical basis for holistic ministry. It develops
a holistic perspective on evangelism and social ministry
and describes how they can be interwoven.

Performance Measurement for Effective Ministry

This session is designed to show nonprofit/ministry
leaders how to use performance measurement to enhance
the effectiveness of their organizations. The workshop covers
a range of approaches that address the performance issues
facing executives in the nonprofit/community outreach ministries.
Participants can enhance their capacity to use performance
management for strategic purposes, assess and respond to
external demands for accountability.
